Rita Ruff, as chalyshev3340 has already advised you, firstly you should have checked online data bases http://www.obd-memorial.ru and http://podvignaroda.mil.ru/ If you did it, you must have found some people with the surname Rebenok from this region, including at least two people from Udaevka and some more from Lojevski district. Including info about Porfiryi Vasilyvich, born in 1894. who could be a brother of your ancestor Dmitri Vasilyvich.
You say that you are looking for descendants of Dmitri Vasilyvich Rebenok. Why not apply to Rechyca archive for some information - at least these funds http://fk.archives.gov.by/fond/104048/ http://fk.archives.gov.by/fond/103929/ sound promising. According to the annotation they contain (don't know how to translate it into English properly :shocked )
These "books" (of course, if they are available for Udalevka of after war period) will contain lists of households and people, including their age and family relations.
The information about times of 1917 and earlier can be in NIAB (Minsk) http://niab.by/
or even in Chernigov archive http://www.archives.gov.ua/Archives/index.php?ra26#Fonds
