Значит сокращают возможности для российских пользователей. Печально.
Я им вчера написал в поддержку, но получил шаблонный ответ, на мое второе письмо они не ответили:

Each record comes with certain limitations that are placed on them by the original owners of the records. These limitations may be changed at any time.
