Возможно что-то ранее пытались (тестировали) заказать но не доходили до оплаты. А теперь система всё суммирует.
Проверьте список заказа. Там где-то можно удалять.

А в норме пересылка входит в те 99 долларов или оплачивается отдельно?

Нашла на сайте: пересылка в Германию больше 230 долларов. Офигели совсем: 4 пробирки в один адрес за такие деньги пересылать. Решила не заказывать.

Поскольку на Украину 23эндМи не доставляет, я заказывала свои наборы через Шипиту, последний раз самый дешевый вариант без отслеживания долларов за 15-20, кажется. Дошло за 2 нед.
