This is one family book directory, which can be found online. (The book can not be found online.)

Look at page 648.

There is Arvi Painilainen, born in 1920, the time of death is not known.
There is also Paavo Painilainen, born in 1878, died in 1941.

Both are listed on page 251 and page 284 of the book. They are very likely in the same family table, so they can be father and son.
