I cropped this beceause I believe the underlined is the marriage of them and the next underlined is the next person. If it's about another person, you don't need to translate. Is Tekla Helga? Hi Tami,
The document is really hard to read (both handwriting and resolution) but it surely mentions:
German/Herman? and deceased Marianna(?) maiden name ….. (hard to read) spouses Lange… who is 20 years old….
It also mentions Tekla Francisca Reniliska
…living on Muranovskaya (?) street
….born in Praha (suburb) of Warsaw, daughter of Andrew (Andrey)…

You cropped document not correct. There is the midd of document only. No name of the groom, no names of witnesses. Show the full page if possible.
That's what I managed to read: the groom's father is German Lange (Герман Лянге in Russian), groom's mother's name was - Marianna (Мариянна), she is already dead. Her maiden name is written, but I cannot confidently read it. The groom is 20 y.o. Bride is Thecla-Francesca Rechlińska (Текля Францишка Рехлинская), the daughter of Andrew and Elizabeth (Андрей, Елизавета). Elizabeth's maiden name is Wysokinska (Высокинская).
There is no any F near Lange name. Tekla is not Helga. Helga is Ol'ga (Ольга) in russian.
