NB Brest and Pinsk RC books are partially represented and indexed already by a name and a surname at the familysearch.org website, so you can narrow down you area of interest before posting a request.

The payment feature is also considerable as two archives mentioned before will provide you by default with a CC payment link for your convenience, while not all the financial institutions in US and EU allow using the card for such a transaction in Belarus.

Jewish birth books were not preserved for the years and localities you've pointed. You might still get lucky with your search as jewish births were sometimes written down a number of years after the birth had happened. Examining the jewishgen.org can be a clue. You can also share the names you are looking for since these names may appear within some other digital inventories available online.

Brest and Pinsk jews lifetime events and records are represented in a huge amount of documentation of other kind outside of civil acts, so the real steps depend strongly on the goal you have with your research efforts.

He studied at the university in St. Petersburg. It is unclear what happened to him afterwards. Perhaps Ilya also studied in St. Petersburg, dropping out of Warsaw University in 1914.

These documents always include pictures and copies of vital records. I don’t know if it’s possible to pay for the archives of St. Petersburg from abroad. But there are many members on the forum who will be glad to visit the archive and take pictures on their phones.

Я оплачивал примерно два года назад через эту систему платежей из Литвы. Проблем не было.
