The best advice is to find private genealogist in Belarus.
But what else you can do.
Step n1. Religion. You need to know the religion both your ancestors. Male and female. Both Catholics? Both Orthodox? Or one of them orthodox. In 19 cent.Belarus orthodox could use names typical for catholics and reverse. They
could marry each other. So you can find bitrh record of your male ancestor in catholic metrical book and marriage in orthodox ( if his wife was orthodox).
Step n2.Geography. if you understand Russian there is a very detailed map of the western part of Russian Empire in the middle on 19 cent. Try to find the place where you think your ancestors are from.
Then try to find the nearest orthodox/catholic church.

But there is no garanty for success. A lot of metrical book were destroyed etc.

Rubezhevichi not far from there. Not sure but i think the biggest catholic church was in Kajadanovo/ Koidanovo. Nowadays https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dzyarzhynsk

Familysearch has a lot church records from Belarus. May you'll able to find some information there/

The name of the gentry or peasant?

I think gentry. My mother remembers being told he was a "nobleman" by her eldest aunt. I don't know what was meant by that.
