do you know Andrey Podobedov, 61 y.o. Moskow (Андрей Подобедов, 61 лет, Москва)?
He is a great-great-grandson ( grandgrand-grandson) of Pavel Lubimovich Martynov.
May be he knows more about his great-great-grandfather and could tell you if he ever had a "Coat of Arms"?

maybe Andrey will read it and have some more information,
sadly my computer doesn't recognize the language of the PDF file,
maybe you can check if there are any relevant informations about Gottlieb's family or his father!
