Did you try an archives in Moscow and Peter? Мартынов was the military man, the data should be transferred there.... ;)

Bad experience as well,
once I paid in Petersburg a lot of money,
just so they can tell me that there is nothing in the folder!

Even went to St. Petersburg to go to the archives,
the day of my arrival they closed the doors for renovation......

Closed for many years!

Even paid somebody in Petersburg to try to retrieve files from the archives, money taken but he or his contact couldn't get in...... supposedly!

There something is written particularly what regiment or.... at this time was in Riga? A regiment name?
