It doesn't specify when he married Alexandra Voynich. On the back of the leaf 40 (page 23) it says that in 1873 he was commissioned to Chaussy local team (Чаусская местная команда). But in 1874 he was sent to Vilno city battalion. Before that, in 1864, he served at the 106th Ufa infantry corps. According to this website the corps was located in Vilno, but since 1897.
