You have a better piece of information. The doc mentions that he was awarded the Saint George cross 4th class with the number 107648. He was a volunteer junior non-commissioned officer ( -) and served in the 2nd squadron of the Primorsky dragoon regiment ( ). In addition he also had a 3rd class cross (8508) awarded after the war.
