died on Wednesday, March 26, at her
home.
Born in Rahway, she had lived in
Carteret before moving to Scotch
Plains eight years ago.
Mrs. Zabel was employed as an
administrator at Merck and Co. in
Rahway for 28 years. A graduate of
Carteret High School, she recently
was attending Kean University.
Surviving are her husband, Mark
Zabel; two sons, Mark Zabel, Jr. and
Gregory Zabel; her mother, Dorothy
Cieslarczyk of Lavallette; her brother,
Jack Cieslarczyk, and her sister, Joan
Shymanski.
