In 1863/1864 this regiment was in Poland. It was used for suppression of the uprising. Unfortunately I cannot find any information about 1869. It seems to me that in 1969 it should be stayed in Murom, but I am not sure. Kelli_D написал: [q] Andrey, you are right!
I found an entry of him:[/q]
There is an interesting information, at least for me it is new about Nikolay von Gunnius. 1. With pencil edits: Nikolay is the son of hereditary nobility at Estlyandskaya Gugernia (Governorate of Estonia). 2. His service in OKPS starts in 1902 and in 1909 in Siberia region. In addition he was sent to Harbin Police Dept. in 1913!!!!! Look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harbin_RussiansAbout hereditary nobility. In Russian Historical Archive (St. Petersburg) two files of Gunnius are located. fond 1343 opis 19 files 5432, 5433. and in fond 1343 opis 35 file 6840 is also about Gunnius. The last one is mos probably is a short file.

30 марта 2014 19:40 Thanks for your answer!
The father of Nikolay was born in Haapsalu / Estonia. In 1854 he went to Poland and all the children were born there. In 1890 he went back to Estonia and died in August. All the sons were in the army.
The Hunnius (Gunnius) family in St. Petersburg are relatives of Ewald Hunnius, because Ewald had got 15 brothers and sisters. But I'm only researching for the family of Ewald. Because I'm still searching for the Krestovozdivzhenskij family. Last week I informed me of options of the search in the Russian Historical Archive in St. Petersburg

21 апреля 2014 19:57 I have two questions:
First I'm searching for the death entry of Arthur Evaldovic (Iwanovich or Arthur Robert Emanuel) Hunnius. He died on 29 November 1888 in Moscow. He was an officer in the 12. Astrachanskij regiment, which was stationed in Moscow. He was catholic. Where I could found the entry?
And second the RGWIa has got lists of officer to searching for personnel lists? I ask the RGWIA, if they have got the personnel list of Arthur Hunnius regarding to the 12. Astransskij regiment. Their answer was negative. Could it be, that for Arthur Hunnius a personnel file is existing? Can somebody research in these lists?

21 апреля 2014 20:23 Hi, Kelli_D написал: [q] First I'm searching for the death entry of Arthur Evaldovic (Iwanovich or Arthur Robert Emanuel) Hunnius. He died on 29 November 1888 in Moscow. This should be in Church Books. I don't know is there are any Catholic Churches were at this time in Moscow. They should be, at least. Those books should be stored in the Central Historical Archive of Moscow. http://www.rusarchives.ru/state/ciam/index.shtml. Currently this archive called the moscow Central Archive. http://mosarchiv.mos.ru/gbu/cgam/index.phpюAccording to fond lists http://mosarchiv.mos.ru/uslugi...TzIAM.htm:- 609 РИМСКО-КАТОЛИЧЕСКАЯ ПЕТРОПАВЛОВСКАЯ ЦЕРКОВЬ, Г. МОСКВА. 1797-1923
however it might not be the ended list. Kelli_D написал: [q] And second the RGWIa has got lists of officer to searching for personnel lists? A personal file of an officer does not associated with his regiment. It is associated and searchable by officers Last name, First name and Middle name. Any additional information is not required but appreciated. Kelli_D написал: [q] I ask the RGWIA, if they have got the personnel list of Arthur Hunnius regarding to the 12. Astransskij regiment. Most probably that it is not. But, not all personal files are in such officers' catalog. Kelli_D написал: [q] Can somebody research in these lists?[/q]
You could find someone who is currently working in RGWIA (doing research I mean). --- Уважаемые новички! Пожалуйста, задавайте вопросы на форуме, а не в "Личных сообщениях".
