I searched the Nikitsky registers for the year 1809, 1810, 1812, 1813 and 1814 but did not find any Ivan Nechaev.
Either he was born in 1811 and there is no Nikitsky register available or it was born in 1814 or it is not Nikitsky...

As I previously said
1. you should look records not for all Nikitsky but for The Church of the Nativity of the Virgin at Butyrka it was a part of Nikitsky sorok. In confession sheets Nechaev family were parishioners of this church. Link to metrical books 1813-1822 link
2. There may be only name and patronical name at metrical books.

For Butyrka there is only between 1813 and 1822 available? I looked at the other registers but I couldn't find before or after this date

Oh, so Anastasia was born earlier than I thought. I have the impression that Anastasia's death troubled the Nechaev, as there is a 2 or 3-year age gap between Ivan, Anna, Vasily, and Anastasia, while Konstantin and the others were born 5 years later.
