This metrical record is not about Nechaev. There is no name Mikhail either

his daughter Elizabeth 1 y/o
Stepan's wife Evlampiya Semenova 21 y/o

Stepan is also died on April 23, 1853

yesterday I tried to find the birth certificate of Ivan Nechaev. I found the Nikitsky registers from 1813 hoping that he was born that year but I haven't found anything at the moment

At confession sheets for 1829 Ivan is 20 y/o that means his birth record might be in 1808-1809

In 1829 yes but at the others confessions, his age is different and I don't think that Ivan can be born before the marriage of his parents in 1810
1811 is possible too

Only if in 1810 was a second marriage for Mikhail. And Ivan is a child from the first marriage. In confession sheets such information was rarely indicated.

There is also no indication in the marriage record of 1810 that this was his first marriage (or second either). It's the first one for the bride.
