A group of non-combatant NCOs in the infantry dress uniform that was introduced in 1907 but became common after 1909. The dark shoulder boards/dark collar combo indicates that its not an infantry or a rifle regiment. Unfortunately the image is not clear and its hard to tell whats on the shoulder boards. Could be a letter K but I am not sure. The badge is blurred as well. My guess is that its the 100 year anniversary of the Local Troops" badge. It matches the uniform. In such case it could be a group of clerks from some local military administration office. Do you have any information on where this picture was taken?
