There are many NEMZERs in the metrical records of the Jewish Community of Vilna. You can find them in the All-Lithiania Database at www.litvaksig.org or at the Jewishgen.org website in their Lithuania database. In both cases, they refer to the same databases for the birth, death and marriage/divorce records. All Vilna records in these databases include links to the appropriate films (not exact image numbers) at Familysearch.org. This should make your search much easier.
Revision lists (revizski skazki) were not filmed however, you can find the names of additional NEMZER families within the ALD. Many were from Novygorod (Naujamiestis), now part of Vilna.

Schukovsky can be found at www.jewishgen.org . search the Belarus database and you will find Shmuel Schukovsky born in Karolin, Pinsk uyezd, Minsk gubernia in 1866. This record is also on microfilm.
The death of Abram Girsh Schukovsky in Brisk in 1901 is also found there.
There are a few other records listed as well.

This has been a great library. I have followed it since its inception. In order to keep things going a bit, I have uploaded many of the memorial books (pamyatnaya knizhki....) to the Internet Archive. This site may not be optimum, as I understand it is not accessible to eveeryone. Onm the other hand, it is free of charge and does not pass along viruses or rerdirect your browser to malicious sites.
You can find the pamyatnaya knizhki by going to the Internet Archive at www.archive.org and searching for "memorial books".
I am willing to put up more content, but I'll need to receive it somehow. Let that be another future discussion.

My post was referring to the Strelbitsky map set. This is the "Special Map of European Russia" series by Ivan Strelbitsky.

The Strelbitsky maps can be found at www.archive.org . Search for "Strelbitsky" and you will find both the index map as well as the individual maps.

Duma voting lists for which town? I translated and databased the Duma lists several years ago for the city of Vilna. They can be found in a set of books for the first, second, third, fourth and sixth uchastoks. The book listing the voters from the fifth uchastok have not been found (yet!).

LitvakSIG has translated the birth records from the metrical records books for the city of Vilna into English. Please be aware there were separate metrical register books in 1891 for the surrounding towns of Antokol, Novygorod, and Snipishok. We are in the process of transcribing these records right now. Today these three suburbs are now incorporated into the city of Vilna.
An extract from the birth records is attached to this message.

Are there other issues (years) available for Pamyatnaia knizhka Vilenskoi gubernia? A set of 1175 directories is available at http://leb.nlr.ru/e-res/tag_show.php?id=2 however, they require some kind of password. Does anyone know how these directories can be accessed? I also have an interest in Kovno, Suwalki, Kurlyand, Vitebsk, Lifland, Estland and Minsk.

I have many other directories as well which may be of interest. In the last year, I expanded my horizons and started searching not only among Russian language websites but also those emanating from Poland. Poland has an extensive network of digital libraries which have content for Vilna. I can outline some of these sources for your use in continuing to grow Tsarskoe Selo.

I am looking for the Vilna Duma Lists for 1906. Does anyone know if they are online and can be downloaded? I have found the book for the 1st and 4th uchastoks (Google) and I'm trying to find the others. I see that Valcha has listed a page from the book for the 6th uchastok. I appreciate any help you can provide.
