Hello Galina, This kind of information is not publicly available. Do you have an official document about your adoption? If you have this document, did you try to send a request to the Guardianship and Custody Authorities in Ukraine? (Орган опіки та піклування) In Ukraine, adopted children have right to know information (if it actually exists) about their biological parents since 14 years old.
