Some people in Kaunas have surname Jastramskas(Yastramskas) and Jastrzembsky(Yastrjembsky).Lithuanian and English spelling is a little different.If you are interested in your family history,you should interrogate them and make their small family tree. Thanks for your messages!OTREBSKI,OTREMBSKI,ASTRAMSKAS,YASTRAMSKAS,YASTRJEMBSKY,etc.originated about 300 years ago from Polish village OTREBA in Prussia. Yastremsky looks from this family,but I do not know about Yarjembsky.My uncle mentioned famous socialist-utopist Yastrjembsky who is in general encyclopedia. Good luck-Peter
