Aleksandr Sitkov is said to in 1862 move definitely from Åland Kastelholm in Finland to St Petersburg. Maybe earlier, even 1859 as in that year his house building was up for auction. Records from the ortodox church books:
”Нейшлотскiй Купецъ Александръ Ивановъ Ситковъ 53, его жена Марiя Алексѣева 42, ихъ дѣти Михаил 24, Дмитрiй 9, дочери Александра 19, Марiя 17. Выбыли съ прихода, переселились на жительство въ С. Петербургъ, одинъ годъ не были”
How could I find what happened to this family in St Petersburg? Records of immigrations? As above Neuschslotski, or from Nyslott (swedish) or Savonlinna (finnish). I would be most grateful to get any information about his descendants, hopefully all way to now living ones!
