Indeed, i know about this legal and normal request to receive a duplicate of death certificate.
Unfortune, few years ago, when i tried to talk with the Embassy of Kazakhstan in my country, the people from embassy requested from me an extra legalized declaration from the notary who need to say that i dont have any material claims (related with war crimes and my family loss of our family member) from the Kazakhstan State.
This was the time when i seen that "my right to claim the death certificate" falls under a blackmail from Kazakhstan.
Because of this type of thinking and attitude from Kazakhstan Embassy, i stopped any relations with them.
This is the motive why i have requested help here.
My other choice is to declare my grate grandfather disappearance in a court room related with the events from 1940 and declare it dead.
I have think that after 80 years, will be some respect to the innocent death people and their families can receive their official death certificate in a simply and respectful way but unfortune seems i was wrong.

Hello everyone.
I need support/help to receive original death certificate of my grate grandfather who has died in Karaganda/Kazakhstan in 1941/1943.
I have a copy of a document (death certificate) from Kazakhstan Authorities with all details (dates, places, record number of document, record number of death etc) who can help for research.
To be clear: i need help to receive an original death certificate.
Any attempt of forgery (dates, names, official stamps etc) is subject of international criminal case.

Can someone help me to find more informations
about Kara-Vasili family: Fond 1343 Inventory 35 file # 10564 dated April 8,1910,
file # 10565 dated March 21,1913.
If anyone can see a COA or the title if any or anything else ?
