Hello,
I am not sure if I am in the correct place, but I am trying to research my family. All I really know is that their last name was Peselev and they were a Jewish family that lived in Snovsk (which I believe is in the area related to this forum?). Some of them left for America in the early 1900s (three trips between 1913 and 1922), but at least two siblings (sisters) stayed in Snovsk to my knowledge. I cannot find any information on really any of my family, as I only know the names as far back as my great-grandparents. They were Boruch Peselev and Anna Dina Marchasov. It is possible those are not the correct spellings. I am willing to provide all information I have!
Please direct me where to go and how to find information--I live in the United States and have been translating these pages on my computer...
