Andreevsky.

I know very little about my family history. I would be happy for any one
to
be able to give me any information. My mother's maiden name was
Andreevsky.
I was told that the family, consisted of three brothers who received their
title from Peter the Great for exemplary study at university. They were
given titles, a coat of arms and land. My maternal grandfather was Boris
Andreevsky, he came from Kazan, he was an officer in the White army. His
father died when he was 12 years old. I understood that his family were
posted there. One relative had held a post for 100 years. He received the
posting at the age of 24 and died at the age of 124. My maternal
grandmother's name was Alexandra, her mother was married to Knaz
Divnagorsky, who died in the tsar service. His widow went to Harbin. I
think
her maiden name was Spaasky. I had been told that the Spaasksaya Monastery
is name after my relatives.
