My name is Victoria Kapitan.My parents divorced when I was a little

girl.I would like to find out how my family get the surname Kapitan

and where they came from.I would be very gratful if you could help me to
find my family tree.This is information what I know.

I know that they lived in Krasnoyarsk region in the village called

Panovo,but as I know they were sent to this village from Latvia

(city called Daugavpils).My fathers name is Oscar.His sisters names

are Tamara(oldest) and Roza(second oldest),my father was the youngest .He
was born around 1938.My grandfathers name is Aleksey,he worked as a
medical
assistant in the village called Panovo.My grandmothers name is Maria,she
was
a housewife.

I hope it would be possible to find my family tree.
