Seeking information on parents of Antoine Volkoff and Helena Kinchin
Volkoff.
Antoine came to US in 1914 and Helena in 1915 with small female child. He

was the Russian Consulate in Chicago, Ill.. Census reports he was born
about
1867 and Helena born about 1887 both in Russia. Please inform me if you
have
