Do you have an official document about your adoption?
If you have this document, did you try to send a request to the Guardianship and Custody Authorities in Ukraine? (�� )
In Ukraine, adopted children have right to know information (if it actually exists) about their biological parents since 14 years old.
So if you didn't make such request yet - you should try.
