I don't know which information you need, but pay attention that our law about personnel data is very strict. And if you need personnel data for the last 75 years you need perhaps notarized power of attorney and/or confirmation of relationship.

I'm looking for help resuming a years-old correspondence my mother was carrying on with the State Archives of the Arkhangelsk Region (�� ) regarding her grandfather's genealogy. She was fluent in Russian; I am not. She now has advanced dementia, so I am taking over.

My mother visited the archive in person in 1994 and after that she probably corresponded through her work email account, which I do not have access to. In 2012 she retired and switched her correspondence to her personal email account, which I do have access to.

The archive sent her a transcript (�� ) in 2013 and another in 2015. Then in 2017 she requested and paid for yet another transcript, repeating the request in 2018, but the archive never replied. I would greatly appreciate help from someone who writes fluent Russian and ideally is familiar with how to communicate with an archive, to inquire as to the status of the last transcript.
