Hello,

I read and speak Russian, but wouldn't embarrass myself by trying to write in it. I am doing some genealogical research and am trying to find information some Ukrainian/Russian ancestors. My great-grandmother's father's name was Pinkhas Kvok. He was Jewish, lived in Berdichev and later moved to Belarus. I've found out that his patronymic was 'Berkov' from a Ukrainian voters list on JewishGen.org.

However, I don't know where I can find more archives like that on the Internet. Unlike other names in my ancestry, this one seems unique: I am yet to find another person with that name. Have you ever heard of it?

Also, what are the best places on the Internet to search for names from the late 19th and early 20th centuries?
