I wonder if his family surname was written as "Yaksheev", so he is in the list. In Turkish official records after my father moved to Turkey, father's name was registered as "Yahşi".

I'm looking any information possible about my paternal grandfather, a Bashkir. His name is Mutagar (or Mutahhar) Yakhshiev. I've been told that he was an officer in Tsar's army. He might have joined to the White Army. He then moved to Manchuria and immigrated to Japan in 1920.
Date of birth: 31/03/1880
Father's name: Bedruttin (Bedeutdin?)
Mother's name: Nur Safa
Birth place: Perm, Osinsky
